What we collect
- Contact and catering forms. When you send a message or a catering request, we receive the name, email address, phone number and message you type. We use them only to reply to you.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are used. Google Analytics sets cookies and records an approximate location, device type and the pages viewed. It does not tell us who you are.
- Server logs. Like every website, our server records the IP address, browser type and pages requested for security and troubleshooting. Logs are kept briefly and then deleted.
Online ordering
When you click Order Online you leave this site for our ordering page hosted by ChowNow. Your name, delivery address, phone number and payment details are collected and processed by ChowNow under the ChowNow privacy policy. We see the order details needed to prepare and deliver your food. We never see your full card number.
Cookies
This site sets cookies only for Google Analytics. There is no login, no advertising network and no tracking pixel. You can block cookies in your browser without affecting the site, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
Third parties
Pages on this site load fonts from Google Fonts and the analytics script from Google. Our ordering page is provided by ChowNow, and our online maps link goes to Google Maps. Each of these providers receives your IP address when its resource loads. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with anyone else except as required by law.
How long we keep it
Messages sent through the contact and catering forms are kept in our email for as long as we need them to handle your request and then deleted. Analytics data is retained by Google for fourteen months.
Your rights
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and we will do so. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. Email amecipizzaandpasta@gmail.com or call (661) 296-6131 and we will respond within 30 days. We will never treat you differently for exercising these rights.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes and contact
